Earl Garrison:
Chairman and Co-Managing Member and partner in New America Development LLC the General Partner to New America Ltd. is responsible for the supervision and direction of all developments. The Partnership is served well by his early experience with Exxon Corp. USA corporate planning. His work ethic and leadership in their ongoing development needs continues to bring projects in on time and within budgets by financial controls of his implementation. Subsequent to his tenure with Exxon Corp. USA he was recruited by Meridian Savings Bank as their CFO and soon became President and Vice Chairman where he led the bank to over $1Billion in assets in less than five years. As a CPA, he was appointed and engaged by the U.S. Federal and State Regulatory authorities to assist in the management of troubled financial institutions. Mr. Garrison has also developed large scale real estate projects that included Golf Courses and residential subdivisions.
Patrick Graham:
CEO & Founder of New America, Ltd. and Co-Managing Member of the general partner New America Development LLC., a development company of governmental essential service projects through its principals has 40 years of project development and capital finance design experience. Past Licensed series 7 US SEC securities exchange utilized for private/public syndication of debt and equity for non-proprietary project finance. Extensive management skillset utilized for assembly of international service providers for large scope governmental essential services projects. New America, Ltd.’s CEO and Co-Founder of African Delta Power Limited and Co-Managing Member of African Delta Power Limited , the project owner.
Jeremiah Oluwaseun:
Co-Founder of African Delta Power Limited and its Managing Director of Nigerian Governmental Affairs and a shareholder of African Delta Power Limited brings 15 years of experience working with the Nigerian Government in guiding this project through its successful governmental collaboration that brings this project into execution.
